Our special vocation

"You will do good, dear daughters, and find the spirit of your vocation,
only when you share the thoughts, sentiments, and affections,
of the Good Shepherd whose
living image you must be... "
St Mary Euphrasia Pelletier,

Conference 6

   The mercifull love
like that of Jesus the Good Shepherd
who gave his life for us
                      in order to reveal the
                                               tender love,
and compassion of the Father for each individual.

Our Motto
"One person is of more value than the whole world."
                                             St John Eudes

  Love of Mercy and Reconciliation
                     that recreates,
                     that gives birth and renewal,
                     that lifts up,
that puts people back on their feet
of those who are affected by human frailty.

                     Like Jesus the Good Shepherd,
                                                    sees each individual as unique
because they are created in the image of God.

Claude Lafortune

"...what are we doing in this world, and why
are we here, if not to contribute
to the salvation of others."

A merciful love
                     that cares,
that takes to heart the misery of others,
                     that reaches out to…
                     and accepts every person,
                                especially those who are hurt,
                                                                       exploited and lost.

A merciful love that makes the other aware
of their value as a persons,
and of their dignity as a children of God.

"Having no eye to see the faults of
others, but a merciful heart that is full
of compassion for them, a charitable tongue
that forgives them, a patient spirit
to support him."
                                                                   Saint John Eudes

A merciful love that puts you in touch with yourself,
                                                                          with others,
                                                                          with everyday life,
                                                                          with nature,
                                                                          with God.

"Do you know what I call the love that
we must carry in our hearts? I call it
appreciative love."
                                                                     St M. Euphrasia Pelletier,
